With broad direction, establishes and directs operations and functions of employee relations programs for the company. Responsible for ensuring a positive employee relations working environment in office and field. Coordinates with legal department, consults and advises business unit management on potential problems and areas for improvement. Coordinates with labor relations and dispute resolution administration regarding resolution of employment-related concerns. Directs Global Employee Survey process. Coordinates human resource activities for mergers and acquisitions, and development of human resource policies. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field/experience and 8-10 years in HR with experience in employee relations.
